Early on we recognized a change at the retail and buying level, more and more of the work load and responsibilities were being offloaded onto the vendors and sales agents. The more “box stores” that went up, the more lean and inexperienced the in-store personnel became. This meant the vendors were required to do more and more by default, because the in-store personnel really didn’t know what to do.

We realized that there was a clear void in the market. There was an opportunity for a company that could not only provide quality head office sales and “what it takes” in-store service. We fill the void, by providing quality sales and service to our market everyday.

We find that with more and more national retailers in Canada, you must have the ability to roll-out the same product set up and selection in Vancouver as in Toronto. Everyone talks about implementing that consistent set or store; we’re taking it one step further and putting it into the sales agency.
